Yesterday and today she started to stand at the window, tap the glass and call to Brogan. And oh my goodness how adorable is that baby bootie? I love these DKNY jeans from Aunt Melissa. Fave baby denim, ever!

Two Weeks

I can hardly believe my baby girl will be ONE in two weeks! Someone pinch me, please.

She may grow older but she will always be Daddy's little girl. This melts my ♥...

Magnificent Matriarch

We had the privilege of spending the afternoon with Grandma M today. She is feeling much better and looks amazing! Charlotte really enjoyed the time with her great grandma, and in fact, she was in the sweetest mood full of giggles, smiles and of course, lots of showing off. It was wonderful to chat and see so much love for family from such a strong woman. We love you Grandma!

Baby Shower Fun

We all are waiting with excitement for friend Jen to have her baby girl this April. At the shower this past weekend, Kim and I made some fun treats for Jen. The shower, thrown by Lisa and other close friends, had a dragonfly theme to match this bedding. It was precious! Here is the fun diaper cake, wipes case and hairbow we made for the mom-to-be, just too fun not to post!!

Tiny Valentine

I set up a little studio in the nursery this morning to capture her 1st Valentine's Day. She was a pretty good sport as I snapped away...well, until the tiara come out!

I can't believe this is the last "first" holiday she will celebrate, this year has gone so fast!

Congrats, Kimberlyn!

My sweet friend Kim told me today that she and her husband are expecting and due in August. That would make all three of us Virgos!

Kim and I met when we were both sales reps at my first pharmaceutical company - we were roomies for our initial sales training for two weeks! She lives in California in the Bay Area and is just the dearest friend. We always pick up right where we left off even though we haven't seen each other in about three years.

Here we are in Central Park back in 2004 when we attended a fall training conference for work. I miss you, Kim! Happy and healthy 9 months to you!

Happy Birthday, Da Da!

This was a wonderful weekend for Chris, first the Father Daughter Dance, and then celebration of his 31st birthday on Sunday. Things were quite different than last year's huge surprise Margaritaville 30th Bash. Instead of all the fuss we enjoyed an evening in with Charlotte. I prepared, for the first time ever, homemade lasagna since it is my husband's favorite dish...completely from scratch, even down to fresh herbs. It was so much fun to cook this treat for him! I highly recommend this recipe. Divine!

It was a lovely weekend celebrating Chris and all he does as a fabulous father and husband. Cheers to you, Da Da!

Some pics of Charlotte from this evening. 11 months today...one month until one! I am already emotional about this next milestone, it has gone by too fast already! Where has my baby gone? She learned a new trick today: she has been saying "Hello" now when she waves. Too cute!

Glow Bowl

Oh so exciting that February is here! And since it is the official month of love I thought I would share the love with some fun pics with good pal Carie the other weekend at Glow Bowl. You've never lived until you bowl to disco lights and a fog machine. Oh, it also helps when you outscore your extremely athletic husband (especially when I have not one athletic bone in my body!).
